You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before acting on information presented on the Site.
2. No Offer, Engagement, or Guaranteed Access
Nothing on the Site constitutes:

7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and information only. Steelwater does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms.
8. Accuracy and Changes
We seek to present accurate and current information, but defense, technology, regulatory, procurement, and market conditions change rapidly. We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
We may update, remove, suspend, or modify any part of the Site without notice. Past projects, program participation, or other performance described on the Site do not guarantee future results.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. STEELWATER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEELWATER AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEELWATER’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steelwater and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
